Refund & Exchange Policy – ASH ROSE

ASH ROSE is committed to providing high-quality fresh and artificial flowers as well as event decoration services. This policy explains the terms related to returns and exchanges to protect both the customer and the store.

1. Order Receipt & Verification

Upon receiving the order, the customer must inspect the product and verify its condition and conformity with the order details before accepting delivery.
The customer is required to sign a delivery receipt confirming that the order has been received in good condition and matches the agreed specifications.
The signed receipt serves as an official acknowledgment that the order has been received in acceptable condition with no visible issues.

2. After Delivery

If the customer accepts the order without raising any objection or reporting any issue at the time of delivery, the order is considered fully accepted.
No refund or exchange requests will be accepted after the delivery receipt has been signed and the order has been confirmed as received.
The customer is solely responsible for reporting any issues or discrepancies immediately upon delivery.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.
Once the order has been delivered, inspected, and signed for, no returns or exchanges will be allowed.
Custom orders and event decoration services are non-refundable once production or execution has started, as they are made specifically according to customer approval.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must carefully check their order before signing the delivery receipt.
Signing the receipt confirms final acceptance of the order in terms of quality and condition.

5. Important Notes

Natural flowers may vary in shape, color, and size due to their natural characteristics, which is not considered a defect.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in arrangement may occur.
